Hmmm. I'm fairly certain that is not possible. The duplicate key would need to be physically mailed to you. In addition the shop would need the original to make a copy from. Good luck.

Some locksmiths are able to do that actually. I dont know about this one specifically.

I am fairly certain that they must have the physical key, no matter if it is an electronic or standard key.

Q: What is the cost to have an auto key made when bringing in the lock( door/ignition)?

A:

I don't remember exactly but I think it was 20 or 30 bucks for the first key and 7 or 8 for each additional key. Sorry but if you call them, they'll tell you.

It depends on lock type and if you lost the original key. If you are just getting a basic copy it's under $10. If it is something more complicated you'll have to ask them directly for a quote if they can do it.

    We had our locks serviced on 12/16/2024 same day I called to make an appointment. They said he would call when on the way between 12 and 1 and Mike called at 12 and said he was on the way. Mike did a wonderful job very quick and clean. You are lucky to have a great employee like Mike. Thanks

    Bill's Key Shop is a local treasure. They offer the usual services for a locksmith - key emergencies, fitting new locks to a door, making copies - which I have used, but they also lockSMITH: produce keys for locks that are missing them, or reconfigure locks to use other keys, which is invaluable for makers and DIY projects. Fast, fair, and professional. My go to!
